Kimberly Garrigues, Esquire

Kimberly Garrigues grew up in Maple Shade, New Jersey. As a child, Kimberly attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help School and Maple Shade High School. She then attended Widener University where she majored in Government and Politics with a minor in International Relations. Upon graduating from Widener University, Kimberly attended Widener University School of Law.

Kimberly specializes in the area of family law, dealing with the issues of divorce, custody, child support, alimony, etc. She prides herself on the fact that once retained, she personally handles the case from start to finish. Kimberly works in a diligent and effective manner in order to negotiate the most beneficial resolution for each and every client. She also has a skilled background in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, workman's compensation, and municipal court.

Kimberly is an experienced Municipal Court Prosecutor and Public Defender. She prosecutes in Mount Laurel, Lumberton, Florence and Delanco. She is also the Public Defender in Waterford.

Kimberly takes pride in her work ethic and in expeditiously handling her client's cases. She is a member of the Thomas L. Forkin Inns of Court, an organization for attorneys and judges who practice in the area of family law, as well as an annual guest speaker at Widener University School of Law on the topic of driving under the influence (DUI) in the State of New Jersey. Kimberly is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
